4. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance work.

6. Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays.

1. Carry out general building maintenance, repairs and routine inspections.

2. Perform basic plumbing, painting and carpentry works.

3. Check and maintain air-conditioning, lighting, water supply and other facilities.

4. Identify and report maintenance issues or equipment defects.

5. Ensure the premises, equipment and work areas are clean, safe and well-maintained.

6. Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
