Job Description:
Promote and sell mobile phone accessories, including phone cases, chargers, cables and screen protectors.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
Explain product features, prices and usage to customers.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Keep up to date with new products and market trends.
Arrange and replenish product displays to ensure the sales area is neat and organised.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktaking.
Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales service.
Work with team members to achieve sales targets.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to explain product information clearly to customers.
Basic knowledge of mobile phone accessories is an advantage.
Responsible, helpful and willing to learn.
Able to work well with colleagues as a team.
