Full Time Lead DevOps Engineer – Trading Platforms Jobs, in Ascendion - Maukerja

Role:

• We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure automation, cloud platform engineering and operational resilience for mission-critical Front Office Trading systems.
• The role focuses on enabling reliable software delivery, improving infrastructure scalability and strengthening the availability and performance of financial trading platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform.
• Manage container-based environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or MS Azure.
• Improve system reliability, high availability, monitoring and disaster recovery.
• Implement observability solutions across logging, metrics, tracing and alerting.
• Support incident management, root-cause analysis and production engineering.
• Strengthen infrastructure security, IAM and secrets management practices.
• Contribute to cloud cost optimisation and FinOps initiatives.
• Collaborate with global engineering, architecture and SRE teams.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant DevOps, cloud or platform engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or MS Azure.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, security and secrets management.
• Experience with observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Splunk or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with production reliability and cloud cost optimisation.
• Experience in managing, deploying or supporting infrastructure and DevOps environments for front office trading platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, architecture and SRE teams.
