Job Description:

• Promote and market the company's property projects to potential customers.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings at show units and project sites.
• Assist customers with property information, pricing and loan application processes.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers and promoting property projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for property viewings.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
