Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Picking & Replenishment).
- Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
- Ensure daily targets, KPIs and inventory accuracy are achieved.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues.
- Guide, train and develop team members.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain.
- Minimum higher secondary education.
- At least 2 years of supply chain experience.
- Good leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
