Responsibilities
The Driver Trainer, National is responsible for developing, implementing and managing driver training, assessment, coaching, safety awareness and competency development programs across HAVI Malaysia transport operations.
The role is accountable for improving driver safety performance, reducing road incidents, strengthening defensive driving practices, enhancing operational compliance and supporting driver capability development for both HAVI-employed drivers and dedicated transport service provider drivers. The incumbent serves as the national subject matter expert for driver training, driver assessments, fleet safety awareness and transport operational best practices while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
