Job Description
- Grow ShopeePay’s payment and financial services by identifying opportunities, coordinating initiatives, and driving execution across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from project scoping and planning through launch and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance, and Marketing teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and manage relationships with external business partners, leading day-to-day engagement to drive shared business growth.
- Monitor the business performance of assigned products and partnerships, and help the team identify risks and growth opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, internal briefs, and partner-facing materials as required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience; business development or product management experience in payments, remittance, or financial services highly preferred
- Good business acumen, able to assess situations and provide sensible inputs in making sound business decisions
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across both internal teams and external partners
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and fast learner comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
