Full Time Logistics Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan J-Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

1 year of experience in freight forwarding, shipping or customs

Knowledge of customs procedures, trade regulations and export documentation

Computer literate, able to work independently and under pressure

Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks

Coordinate export and import shipments, including customs clearance and documentation

Make sure bills of lading, commercial invoices and import declarations are accurate and complete

Follow up customs declaration status (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB1-ZB4) until release

Hand over customs forms to external runners and monitor release on the declaration system

Work with carriers, shipping lines and forwarders on routes, rates and delivery schedules

Arrange haulage and transport based on customer requirements

Be the main point of contact for customers and keep them updated

Resolve issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods and customs clearance problems

Prepare logistics performance reports for customers and management
