We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Malaysia

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Reporting to: Managing Director

Salary: Negotiable + Performance Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop key accounts, and expand market presence in Malaysia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets

• Identify and acquire new clients while growing existing accounts

• Manage key customer relationships and act as the main commercial contact

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms

• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve strong performance

• Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams

• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Management or a senior sales position

• Background in industrial, technical, or engineering-related industries preferred

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Strong account management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

• Experience managing and developing sales teams

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Willingness to travel within the region

• Knowledge of the local market
