Wealth Manager

As a Wealth Manager, you will:

• Understand clients' financial goals and provide personalised financial solutions.

• Develop and manage long-term client relationships.

• Advise clients in areas such as wealth accumulation, protection, retirement and legacy planning.

• Build your own professional network and client portfolio.

• Work alongside experienced mentors while developing your knowledge and advisory skills.

No prior financial services experience is required. Comprehensive training, coaching and ongoing guidance will be provided to help you build the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence.

Financial Services Manager

The Financial Services Manager is a senior leadership opportunity for candidates who demonstrate the experience, capability and leadership potential to lead a team of Wealth Managers.

You will:

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Wealth Managers.

• Provide guidance and support in client engagement and business development.

• Conduct training and coaching for team members.

• Develop and grow your team through recruitment and leadership.

• Build a strong and sustainable team culture.

• Drive team development and business growth.
