Job Description & Requirements

Shipping Agency of Regional Full Containerised Shipments and Vessel’s Operations for bunkering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee container shipping operations within our regional
• Coordinate effectively with principals, regional agency offices, and shippers to align operational activities and resolve issues
• Manage end-to-end containerised and Out-Of-Gauge (OOG) shipment processes with the team to deliver reliable service outcomes
• Prepare and verify complete sets of shipping export documents to ensure full regulatory compliance and accuracy
• Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address daily operational requirements and resolve challenges
• Manage ship’s husbandry operations during bunkering calls in Singapore

Requirements

• Minimum possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in port agency, shipping operations and containerised service.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, port procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, relevant system software to support software and streamline shipping operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, often requiring 24/7 availability.
