Join the launch team of a contemporary, minimalist handbag and leather goods brand opening its first store in Singapore. You’ll be the face of the brand on the floor, building relationships with customers and helping set the standard for a premium retail experience from day one.

What you’ll do

• Deliver a warm, consultative shopping experience, recommending products based on each customer’s needs and style
• Share product features, craftsmanship and brand stories with confidence
• Drive individual and store sales targets, including upselling and building a base of repeat customers
• Handle POS transactions and daily sales reporting
• Manage stock replenishment, stocktaking and correct handling and storage of handbags
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness and premium presentation standards

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail experience, preferably in premium fashion, handbags or leather goods
• Good knowledge of leather types, finishes, craftsmanship, care and maintenance
• Sales driven, comfortable engaging customers proactively without being pushy
• Well groomed, with a strong sense of personal style and a genuine interest in fashion and design
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently in a small team
• Adaptable and excited to be part of a new brand launch
• Fluent in English
• Available to commit to the entire contract period, 1 Nov 2026 to 28 Feb 2027
• Open to extension of work if suitable

Working hours

• 44 hours a week, 6 days
• Weekdays 11am to 7pm, weekends 10am to 8pm
• Must be available on weekends and public holidays

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
