MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Full Time, Based in YHF HQ

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Weekly content and social

• Plan and run the content calendar around the Monday 8pm drop: teasers, launch-night content and follow-up.
• Write copy for collection launches, product stories, social posts, EDMs and the website, in line with the brand's tone of voice and house style.
• Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the #YHFAMILY Telegram channel, and manage community comments.
• Brief designers, photographers and videographers.
• Supply copy and assets for performance and CRM campaigns. The performance and marketing teams own targeting, flows and media buying.

Campaigns

• Turn campaign strategy into narratives, key messages and visual direction for seasonal, launch and collaboration campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign delivery across channels and teams, to agreed timelines.
• Lead campaigns from brief to wrap reports.

PR & Earned Media

• Maintain the media list, draft press releases and pitches, and manage press seeding.
• Track coverage and report on earned media.
• Own media relations, including building relationships with editors and handling enquiries.

Events and activations

• Help plan and run pop-ups, launches and brand events, including vendor coordination and on-the-day delivery.
• Lead events from concept to wrap, including vendors and budget.

Creators, KOLs and community

• Run / Co-run the organic creator and ambassador programme end to end: shortlisting, outreach, product seeding against each drop, briefing and relationship management.
• Build a library of user-generated content with written usage permissions.
• Ensure all gifted and paid creator content carries the correct disclosure.
• Work with the performance team on paid and affiliate creator partnerships, which they co-own.

Brand consistency

• Apply the brand guidelines across every customer touchpoint, and flag inconsistencies before they go live.

Platform, Systems and Channel Management: Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, EDM Tools and Advertising Tools

• Plan, execute and improve integrated campaign and marketing initiatives across our different CMS, CRM, EDM, Advertising tools and platforms.

Budget and reporting

• Track campaign, seeding and event spend against budget, within approval limits set by the Head of Marketing.
• Report monthly on content, social, creator and PR performance: what worked, what did not and what to change.
• Work closely with performance marketing, CRM, product, operations and customer service.
• Take on other duties within the marketing team as needed.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Experience at the level you are applying for, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce or an agency.
• A portfolio showing copy you have written and social content you have produced or managed.
• Strong English copywriting, with a sharp ear for tone.
• Deep working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok — formats, trends, and what the analytics are telling you.
• Experience working with creators or influencers.
• A strong visual eye and the ability to give clear campaign, marketing and suggest creative direction together with the creative team.
• The organisation to hit a weekly launch deadline, every week.
• Comfort reading platform insights and basic web analytics, and turning them into decisions.

Advantegeous

• Events, pop-up or physical activation experience.
• PR or media relations experience.
• Short-form video editing, for example CapCut or Premiere Pro; basic Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform, and with social scheduling tools.
• Confident use of AI tools for research and ideation, with the judgement to check what they produce.

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

• This is an in-office position
• 5-day work week from Monday to Fridays, 9am - 6pm
• YHF HQ is location at Shriro House, 11 Chang Charn Rd
