Full Time Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in The Precious Seed Management Sdn. Bhd. (Just Pets Megastore) Selangor - Maukerja

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, café, or buffet operations will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to the assigned shift schedule.

• Must comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

1. Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders, answer enquiries, and assist with menu recommendations.

• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

• Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.

2. Food & Beverage Operations

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation according to company standards.

• Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.

• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing of dining areas when required.

• Monitor food and beverage supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, service counter, kitchen, and workstations.

• Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment when required.

• Comply with food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation requirements.

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and waste disposal procedures are followed.

4. Daily Operations & Teamwork

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation and cleaning.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support buffet services, catering events, birthday parties, and other F&B activities when required.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with company policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
