Full Time Recruitment Officer Specialist Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in PaceSetters Organisation Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

As a Recruitment Officer Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging and hiring talent to support the organisation’s growth. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop strong communication skills and work closely with hiring managers to support any HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination
• Source clients/candidates and liaise with them, addressing any recruitment-related queries
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company’s attractiveness to potential candidates
• Achieve monthly targets and goals based on business requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Good organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills
