YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced NPI (New Product Introduction) / Project Management Leader to drive the successful development and transfer of new products from concept to high-volume manufacturing. The candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with deep manufacturing process knowledge and will act as a key interface between customers, engineering, operations, quality, suppliers, and business teams.

The ideal candidate should possess minimum 10 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, with proven success leading cross-functional NPI programs, process qualifications, and product commercialization.

  • Lead end-to-end NPI programs from R&D/Div engagement through product qualification to production ramp.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, quality targets, and customer commitments and customer specific requirements
  • Serve as the primary focal point for Div during product development and qualification phases.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews with management and various stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, change requests, and escalation activities
  • Identify and resolve process-related technical challenges during NPI and production ramp
  • Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Maintain strong awareness of emerging industry trends, technology roadmaps, and market developments relevant to semiconductor packaging, assembly, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Continuously evaluate and benchmark new manufacturing technologies, materials, equipment capabilities, and process innovations to support business growth and competitiveness
  • Able to handle pressure of tight timelines
  • Able to travel under business needs
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
  • Minimum 5 years leading NPI or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly, IC packaging, electronics manufacturing, OSAT, EMS, automotive electronics, or advanced manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience in industry evolution and technological needs
  • Proven track record managing multiple NPI projects from development through mass production.
