Full Time Human Resource Executive - Senior HR Executive - Generalist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Eco Interiors International Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1) HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage HR compliance matters and liaise with government agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Zakat, EA Form, Borang E, etc.) and other payroll-related submission.
• Handle employee registrations, resignations, and related government reporting.
• Issue HR announcements and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

2) Payroll & Benefits

• Process monthly payroll, employee claims, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate medical, insurance, and other employee benefit matters.

3) HR Administration & Reporting

• Maintain employee records and HR database.
• Prepare HR reports and manage employee movement documentation.

4) Employee Relations and Lifecycle Management

• Manage attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee exits.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

6) Training & Development

• Coordinate training programmes and support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Proficient in HRMS, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
