Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical and CCTV and IT systems
- Able to work independently and in a team with responsibility
- SKM Level 2 and above or a Certificate in electrical or building maintenance or SPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned restaurant maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Inspect equipment and operating systems and repair them when needed
- Ensure mechanical operations and standards and controls are kept at high quality
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the set schedule
- Clean kitchen equipment on a daily and weekly and monthly basis
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
- Report breakdowns and follow up on repair work
- Maintain refrigeration systems including condenser cleaning and filter replacement
- Keep maintenance and repair costs low and ensure all equipment works at all times
