Full Time Operations Executive (Commodities) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1 in ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is a global commodities trading company and they are looking for an Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of physical commodity trades across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution and shipment planning
• Coordinate with suppliers, shippers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Handle shipping documentation, invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Manage claims, settlements and related operational matters
• Monitor shipments closely and proactively resolve issues

Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant commodity execution / operations experience
• Experience in sugar, agri commodities or other physical commodities preferred
• Good understanding of international shipping and trade documentation
• Familiarity with LCs, LOIs, charter parties and demurrage/laytime will be advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
