Requirements
- SPM qualification or above.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English to support the relevant customer markets.
- Cantonese proficiency required for selected projects.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- A patient, responsible, and customer-focused approach.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- An IT background or basic IT knowledge is preferred for technical support projects.
- Able to work on-site in Ara Damansara and follow the assigned project’s schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, or live chat, depending on the project.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding cases.
- Process documentation and verify information where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet the assigned project’s service quality and performance standards.
