Full Time Assistant Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Amazon Plumbing WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• At least 5 years of working experience in plumbing, water reticulation, sewerage, or construction projects is preferred.

• Familiar with local authority submission procedures and construction site coordination.

• Experience dealing with authorities such as DBKL, Air Selangor, KUSEL, SPAN, and IWK is an added advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations and site activities.

• Monitor project progress and follow up on work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on project execution matters.

• Assist in liaising with authorities and government agencies including KUSEL, DBKL, Air Selangor, SPAN, IWK, and related bodies for submissions, inspections, permits, and approvals.

• Attend site meetings, authority inspections, and coordination meetings when required.

• Assist in checking and coordinating project drawings, technical specifications, material submissions, method statements, and as-built drawings with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements and smooth project implementation.

• Review and monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical issues together with the Project Manager and project team.

• Coordinate material delivery, manpower arrangement, and subcontractor work progress to support smooth project execution.

• Follow up on authority approval status, consultant feedback, and project-related documentation.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and report project updates to management.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of project documents and records.

• Support the Project Manager in project coordination, cost monitoring, and overall execution of projects.
