Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Maintain and enhance dashboards to improve business reporting visibility and accessibility.
• Support KPI reporting, ensuring consistent definitions, mapping, and reporting structures.
• Validate data accuracy, investigate reporting discrepancies, and resolve data quality issues.
• Consolidate external data, market intelligence, competitor information, and benchmarking reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, BI, and IT teams to support reporting requirements and continuous improvement.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 4–6 years of relevant reporting or analytics experience.
• Familiar with KPI reporting, dashboard enablement, reporting governance, and enterprise reporting practices, preferably in telecommunications or B2B industries.
• Good understanding of CRM, BI, data warehouse, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
