About the role

We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Junior Sales & Marketing Executives.

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are interested in developing their skills in sales, marketing, communication and leadership. You will be involved in face-to-face campaigns, promotional events and brand activations while working alongside an experienced team.

Training will be provided, so candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent brands and communicate with customers through face to face marketing
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events and roadshows
• Introduce and explain products, services and ongoing campaigns to customers
• Create a positive and professional customer experience
• Work together with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Attend regular training, workshops and team development sessions
• Develop skills in communication, presentation, sales and customer engagement
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities based on performance

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable speaking and interacting with different types of people
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Responsible, motivated and target-oriented
