Full Time Project Director (Precast) Jobs, in RRecruiter Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage precast concrete delivery, lifting, installation, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Monitor project progress, resources, risks, costs, and profitability; implement corrective actions when required.
• Oversee contract administration, variation orders, claims, and EOT submissions.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, DOSH, OSHA, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and team development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant construction and project management experience.
• Strong experience in precast concrete installation and construction projects.
• Good knowledge of project contracts, cost control, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
