Requirements

• Fresh degree graduates are welcome to apply.

• Diploma holders with at least 1 year of experience in banking sales or a similar sales role are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Confident, proactive and motivated to achieve sales targets.

• Willing to work rotational shifts and participate in roadshows and sales events.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and acquire new customers through roadshows, events and other sales activities.

• Promote fixed deposit (FD), credit cards and other retail banking products.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate mortgage referrals.

• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and deliver quality after-sales service.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
