Job Description
- Develop and manage solar PV sales projects for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.
- Promote solar leasing, turnkey solar projects and renewable energy solutions.
- Identify new customers through cold calls, networking and customer visits.
- Prepare quotations, financial models, tender proposals and sales presentations.
- Follow up on solar projects from initial enquiry to contract signing.
- Conduct business negotiations and close sales deals.
- Work closely with customers, EPC, O&M and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Diploma or Degree in Solar, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, renewable energy or related industry preferred.
- Experience in solar sales / business development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, tender preparation and project proposals.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to conduct cold calls and customer visits.
