Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify frontline staffing needs
- Sourcing and interviewing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)
- End to end recruitment of frontline positions
- Creation of strong frontline candidate pipeline and maintaining of internal candidate database
- Facilitate on-boarding of new hires
- Monitor new hire engagement pulse, design and implement retention strategies
- Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management
- Preferably 1 year of experience in end to end recruitment. Specialising in frontline hiring would be advantageous
- Experience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain Industry would be advantageous
- Experience with using Recruitment ATS (eg. Taleo, Work Day, TalentLink, Oracle) will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and takes initiative
