Position Title: Sales Engineer / Account Manager (Industrial Equipment & Solutions)
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts, sales enquiries, and provide suitable products and services.
Maintain customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer needs.
Monitor customer credit status, purchase orders, and outstanding payments.
Gather market, customer, and competitor information.
Handle sales administration and coordinate orders and deliveries.
Support marketing activities with Headquarters.
Prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals with internal teams.
Support annual sales targets and cost control.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
