Job Requirements

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Students from any discipline, fresh graduates, are welcomed as long as you have a keen and strong interest in impact programmes!
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is a must.
• Eagerness to learn and take on tasks, a proactive mindset.
• Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.
• Willingness to take on challenges and proactive in learning different tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, Canva.
• Creative, driven and interested in being part of curating and managing impact programmes for Ratio:Cause and its clients and partners.
• Able to travel overseas and outstation as and when needed

Internship Scope:

Programme Support

• Work with the programmes team in the coordination and execution of programmes, campaigns, and initiatives both online and on ground.
• Assist with programme preparation, coordination support and on-ground execution.

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Assist in engaging with various partners, communities, and stakeholders.
• Able to strategise and do outreach to reach out to target communities and partners for each programme.

Content & Communications

• Assist in developing content materials for campaign, social media, presentations, and other needs.
• Support documentation of programme activities and key highlights.
