Full Time Director of Property Management, Singapore Jobs, in Kerry Consulting - Maukerja

An established real estate group with a regional portfolio is seeking an experienced property management leader to oversee property operations, maintenance and asset performance in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will manage a lean team and report directly to the CEO. In this role, you will will lead the management and maintenance of the Group's Singapore properties, with a strong focus on cost control, operational efficiency and contract management. Key responsibilities include overseeing operating and capital expenditure budgets, driving cost optimisation initiatives, managing procurement and service contracts, and ensuring effective preventive maintenance programmes. The role will also oversee regulatory compliance, tenant and stakeholder relationships, and provide technical support for new developments. In addition, the incumbent will lead the Group's sustainability initiatives, working with regional stakeholders to improve building performance and achieve sustainability targets.

Requirements

You are a proactive and experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate property management. Proven expertise in cost management, contract negotiation, building operations and M&E systems is essential. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are also required.
