About the Job

This financial accounting position offers a rewarding opportunity to oversee end-to-end statutory compliance, financial reporting, and operational accounting for assigned regional corporate entities.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial controllership activities including monthly closing and reconciliations, timely tax filing, and financial and management reporting for 5 to 6 entities across the region. You will be supported by in-country finance teams on operational finance processes and will serve as the key point of contact with external tax agents, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA or equivalent).

• Technical Experience: Hands-on experience in full-spectrum financial accounting, month-end closing, statutory audit management, and corporate reporting.

• Language Requirement: Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia to liaise, communicate, and collaborate directly with Bahasa-speaking clients, external auditors, and cross-border teams across Indonesia and the region.
