Job Description
Requirements
1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics or order coordination.
Experience with SQL Accounting / SQL Account is an advantage.
Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate in handling stock quantities, batch numbers and documents.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Mandarin speaking is preferred.
Occasional overtime at nights or weekends.
Responsibilities
Handle daily stock-out operations using SQL Accounting, including Delivery Orders (DO) and inventory transactions.
Coordinate with the warehouse and drivers to arrange picking, loading and delivery.
Work closely with the Sales Team to coordinate orders, quantities, batch numbers and delivery arrangements.
Monitor inventory movements and ensure stock records are updated accurately and promptly.
Check and resolve discrepancies between sales orders, warehouse stock and delivery documents.
Maintain proper inventory and delivery documentation.
Support daily warehouse and logistics operations as required.
