Qualifications:

• SPM Level and above

• Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands

• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service with a proven sales track record

• Well-groomed, personable, and confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment

• Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience

• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, encompassing craftsmanship, design intent, styling possibilities, and the brand stories behind each piece, to deliver confident and engaging customer advice

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement and tailored product recommendations.

• Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records

• Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.

• Coordinate and fulfil customer orders, including in-store collection and delivery arrangements

• Support the execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, and events
