Requirements

  • Friendly and customer service oriented

  • Able to speak Mandarin (preferred) and English

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests.

  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback.

  • Coordinate with the restaurant team.

  • Ensure a smooth dining experience.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
