Kelayakan

  • Proven experience as a hairstylist (typically 3–5+ years)

  • Advanced knowledge of hair techniques (cutting, coloring, chemical treatments)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)

  • Excellent customer service

  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

Tanggungjawab

  • Provide advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

  • Stay updated on latest hair trends, techniques, and products

  • Mentor and train junior hairstylists or assistants

  • Assist in managing salon operations when needed (appointments, inventory, etc.)

  • Promote and upsell salon products and services
