Full Time Staff Nurse (Homecare) #HZO Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location: East (Transport claimable)
Salary: Up to $3900 (Basic) + Oncall allowance
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm, for on call - only need to call patients, no face to face visits

Job scope:

• • To perform home visits to chronic ill/ palliative patients who are being referred
• • To perform nursing assessment on the patient
• • To coordinate with doctor for medical assessment and follow-up visits to patient
• • To monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor
• • To perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of naso-gastric tube and care of tubings as required
• • To initiate nursing care plan and implement new measures of management
• • To educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuation of care at home

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
• Palliative/ Home care trained nurses
