Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

A solid understanding of tourism products, destinations, and travel trends.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes within the travel industry.

Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation, ensuring all preferences and budgets are met.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice on destinations, travel policies, and visa requirements.

Utilize booking systems and travel software to efficiently manage reservations, process payments, and generate travel documents such as itineraries and tickets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and proactively suggesting suitable travel packages and promotions.

Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients, including coordinating with suppliers and handling last-minute changes or emergencies.
