Front Desk Operations

• Welcome guests, VIP visitors and employees, delivering a high standard of hospitality and service.
• Attend to incoming calls, general enquiries and requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining proper food handling and storage standards.
• Liaise with Housekeeping to maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming office environment.
• Coordinate with the technical team on facility faults and technical issues.

Event Management & Support

• Coordinate event preparations, venue setup and post-event teardown.
• Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are ready for use, including seating arrangements, AV equipment and other requirements.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in reception, front office, hospitality, office administration or workplace services.
• Professional, well-groomed and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
