Job Summary

The Events Executive will plan, coordinate and execute weekday seminars and workshops for BTAG. The role works closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure every event is well promoted, smoothly run and followed up effectively.

This is not a financial consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule weekday seminars and workshops in consultation with the Director, Business Development and Marketing.
• Source, book and manage venues, AV equipment, seating, signage and event materials.
• Prepare run sheets, event timelines and checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors, caterers, speakers and guests.
• Work with Marketing to ensure event creatives, landing pages and campaigns are delivered on schedule.
• Support Business Development in managing VIPs and partners.
• Support the Director and speakers to keep the programme on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business, Marketing, Events Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, event operations or a client-facing role; seminar or workshop experience is an advantage.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Calm under pressure, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage business owners and senior professionals.
• Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
• Willingness to work weekday events and flexible hours when required.

Pay: $2,650.00 - $3,800.00 per month
