F&B COOK

• Gross Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
• Salary package is based on role responsibilities and operational working requirements
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 60 hrs/week (excluding 2 hr break)
• Our cuisine: Italian / Western / Asian

Locations:

• Downtown MRT
• Shenton Way MRT
• Marina Bay MRT

Responsibilities

• Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants
• Preparation of daily operations & mise en place
• Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
• Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule

Requirements

• No prior experience required for Commis Cook
• Experience will be considered for senior positions (CDP, JR SOUS, SOUS CHEF)
• Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist in managing the kitchen
• Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
