Responsibilities
Monitor insurance jobs in progress against outstanding jobs report
Assist to follow up with workshops and insurance company on 3rd party claims
Inform surveyors to come and take photographs of vehicles where necessary
Follow up with surveyors and verify whether the finalised amount tallies and then proceed to invoice accordingly
Upon invoicing, check the essential information thoroughly
To check payment is received from the insurance company and update insurance debts into the system
To record 3rd party Direct Settlement Claims and update tracking list till case is closed
Assist with the full cycle of administrative work with regards to insurance accident claims procedures
Enforce compliance with SOP(s) and instructions from Operations Control.
Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
