Assist in basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients

Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality

Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations, cooking equipment, and floors

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils efficiently

Strictly follow food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards to prevent cross-contamination

Support the kitchen team during daily operations

Assist with receiving stock deliveries, ensuring items are correct and stored promptly

Complete daily opening and closing kitchen duties, ensuring the prep areas are fully stocked and ready for the next shift
