Job Summary

To ensure smooth fulfillment of Sales & Services operations by managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, handling customer interactions, and supporting internal teams with prompt and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, schedule tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, follow up on progress, arrange payment collection, and oversee handover processes to ensure timely project completion
• Issue warranties, archive documents, and tally commissions accurately to support sales and service operations
• Resolve After-Sales customer complaints by addressing issues promptly and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Attend to walk-in showroom customers by providing helpful information and assistance to enhance their experience
• Ensure Salesperson, Site Supports, and Project Manager adhere to all document SOPs to maintain operational consistency and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE N Level and above (preferred, not mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and administration roles to support effective task execution
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and demonstrate strong initiative in daily tasks
• High organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and plan daily workload efficiently
• Strong communication skills to interact clearly with customers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and task completion
• Self-discipline in managing time and completing tasks on schedule

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.00am to 5.00pm (once per month)
