Follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities and expand client base

Prepare quotations, proposals, and event orders accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate smooth event planning

Assist clients in planning and coordinating catering events to ensure all requirements are met effectively

Coordinate with internal teams including kitchen, operations, and service staff to ensure seamless event execution

Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience in restaurant or food catering environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
