Full Time Credit Risk Modelling Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in MHA Consultancy Services WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Banking, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Transaction Risk, Portfolio Risk or related roles.

Experience in Digital Lending, Banking, Fintech, Payment Gateway, Currency Trading or Financial Services is highly preferred.

Fluent in English, Mandarin to communicate with multilingual stakeholders.

At least 1 year of team leadership / mentoring experience, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Lead analysis of customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify risk trends, anomalies, and emerging exposures before issues arise.

Develop and improve credit, fraud, transaction risk strategies, scoring, segmentation, thresholds, and early-warning indicators.

Work closely with the Data team to turn cleaned data into trends, dashboards, and actionable risk insights for business teams.

Use SQL, Python, BI and AI tools to analyse data, monitor risk performance, and improve risk reporting.

Work with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Business teams to assess risks and implement practical preventive controls.

Present key findings, business impact, and recommendations to Senior Management and lead the Risk team in execution.
