• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, with hands-on experience in full-set accounts.

• Good understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.

• Familiar with month-end closing, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; English or Bahasa Melayu is a plus.

• Good analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, oversee full-set accounts, and prepare financial reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing financial reports to support the company's financial performance and business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Invoices, Receipts, Payments, and other transactions).

• Handle month-end & year-end closing, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries to support business planning and management decision-making.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses, and perform product costing and financial analysis to evaluate costs and track financial performance.

• Review accounting records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, and tax agents on accounting, audit, and tax-related matters.
