Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to coordinate daily security operations, manage security guard deployment, and ensure that our security services meet client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

· Arrange and monitor the deployment of security guards at client sites.

· Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance.

· Arrange replacement guards when staff are absent.

· Conduct site visits to check security guards' performance and discipline.

· Communicate with clients, supervisors, and security guards regarding daily operations.

· Handle client complaints and report operational issues to management.

· Prepare daily reports, attendance records, and incident reports.

· Monitor security guards' uniforms, punctuality, and compliance with site procedures.

· Coordinate with HR and Administration on staff documentation and deployment matters.

· Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· A minimum diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

· Experience in security operations, manpower coordination, or a related field is an advantage.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Able to travel to client sites when required.

· Possess a driving licence and own transport is preferred.

· Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle urgent operational matters.

· Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
