Deliver professional facial and body treatments in accordance with established procedures and service standards within the allocated treatment time.
Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on customers’ individual needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Respond promptly and professionally to customers’ enquiries, concerns, and requests.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, hygienic, and properly maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
Possess relevant beauty qualifications such as ITEC, CIBTAC, BTEC, NITEC, or equivalent certifications.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong service orientation.
Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
