Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and provide attentive dining service.
Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations and attend to guests’ requests.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
Guide and support service crew to maintain smooth daily operations and service standards.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized and maintained according to hygiene and safety requirements.
Handle guest feedback and service issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist with opening and closing duties, table setup and other operational tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality setting.
Good communication and customer service skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
Able to coordinate with team members and support daily service operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food hygiene and service standards.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
