• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned to business and digitalization strategy, including current-state, target-state and transition architectures
• Review and validate solution designs across application, data, infrastructure and integration domains to ensure compliance with EA principles and standards
• Maintain architecture artefacts and the EA repository, and support governance forums with assessments, recommendations and endorsement papers
• Facilitate architecture workshops and design reviews, and coordinate with business units, IT teams and vendors to support successful delivery
• Identify architectural risks, technology constraints and dependencies, and track mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct technology evaluations, feasibility studies and quality assessments to support solution selection and ensure security, performance and scalability
What We're Looking For
• Minimum bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering Design or a related field
• 7-8 years of senior-level experience in enterprise or solution architecture
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and DoDAF
• Solid technical grounding in system architecture, networking, databases, cloud computing, virtualization and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to perform gap analysis, technology evaluation and EA repository maintenance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
• TOGAF or Enterprise Architect (EA) certification is an advantage
What We Offer
• Competitive salary
• Exposure to large-scale digital initiatives within the technology sector
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Mentorship and clear career progression pathways
• A supportive, collaborative team environment
